Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your DTA Clothing purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with tags attached

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including sale items and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at dtaclothing2022@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at dtaclothing2022@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at dtaclothing2022@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
